Our early bird offer of tickets at ’09 prices will continue for all child and youth tickets until the end of May.  All new prices will be held only until 31st May.  Don't forget that Larmer Tree ticket prices include free parking and camping for tents, caravans and campervans and under 5's are free!

Arrival Date/Time & Camping - All ticket prices include parking and camping for tents, caravans and campervans for the date/s on your ticket.  You must have a valid ticket for the day you're arriving to get into the campsite/festival site, see our Camping Info page for more info.

Resales/Refunds - If you can't use tickets that you have bought, or we've sold out of the tickets you need please visit www.scarletmist.com (free face value ticket-exchange service). As tickets for the festival have sold out for the past 15 years, there is a good chance you will be able to resell or buy unwanted tickets.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING TICKETS 2010

Tickets for Larmer Tree Festival events are sold under the following conditions:

  1. The following booking fees apply per ticket for bookings online and by telephone: day tickets £2.75 and 3, 4 and 5-day tickets £5.25. 
  2. The following postage fees apply per online and telephone booking: first class recorded delivery £2.25, special delivery £5.25. A signature is required on delivery. 
  3. The following handling/postage fees apply per postal cheque booking: first class recorded delivery £4.75, special delivery £7.75. A signature is required on delivery.
  4. Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold above face value and lost tickets cannot be replaced.  Defaced tickets will not be accepted.  When exchanged on site, wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed until after the festival.
  5. Without a valid ticket, entry into the festival site/campsite will not be permitted.  Entry to the festival site/campsite is only allowed from the date/time on tickets purchased.  Early arrivers will not be admitted.
  6. Youth or children's tickets cannot be purchased separately - all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult or will not be admitted.  Youth ticket purchases are limited to four per adult.
  7. Ticket Holders who think their age may be questioned should bring personal identification.
  8. No animals (except guide dogs) are allowed in festival site/campsite.
  9. On Wednesday 14th July safety regulations and lack of space means that no chairs or tables can be allowed (the elderly or disabled may receive advanced permission from festival office). In addition, no alcohol, glass bottles or food, especially hampers, will be permitted - there will be licensed bars and a wide choice of food available.
  10. From Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th July no alcohol or glass will be allowed into the festival site.
  11. All parking and camping is free for cars, campervans, caravans and tents for the date/s on ticket/s only.  Ticket Holders must leave the site by 11am the following morning.  Anyone requiring use of the disabled camping area must arrange this in advance.
  12. No open fires, naked flames or disposable BBQs on the campsite or in festival site.
  13. Tickets Holders having a caravan delivered must inform the festival office of the company name and time of delivery in advance so the caravan can be permitted onto the campsite.
  14. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
  15. Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
  16. Ticket Holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
  17. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of The Festival.
  18. The Festival reserves the right to search Ticket Holders if there is cause or suspicion.
  19. Vehicles parked at owner's risk.
